NahalHome is an online marketplace that connects people looking to buy or rent property with independent real estate professionals in the Dominican Republic.

Listings and information

Listing details, including descriptions, prices, photos, locations and amenities, are provided by agents and other users. We do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate or current. Please verify important details, and the condition, ownership and legal status of any property, before making a decision.

Availability and pricing

Listings may be changed, reserved, sold, rented or removed at any time, and there is no guarantee that a listed property is still available. Prices and terms may change without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Content you submit

You are responsible for the content you submit, including listings, photos, profile details and messages. You must have the right to share it, and it must be accurate and not misleading. You allow NahalHome to display your content on the platform as needed to operate the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• publish false, misleading or unlawful listings or content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your role or affiliation;
• send spam, or use automated means to flood inquiries or scrape the site;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems, or to raise your own privileges;
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
• harass or abuse other users or agents.

Intellectual property

The NahalHome name, logo, design and platform content belong to NahalHome or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photos and text uploaded by agents remain the responsibility of, and belong to, the agents or their owners.

Transactions between users

Unless we expressly say otherwise, NahalHome is not a party to any sale, rental or other transaction between users and agents, and does not act as a broker, lawyer or financial adviser for those transactions. Agreements are made directly between the parties, who are responsible for their own due diligence.

Third-party services

The site links to or uses third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the platform, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put the platform or its users at risk.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided "as is" and NahalHome is not responsible for losses arising from listing information, from dealings between users, or from interruptions of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
